Over the years Microbz had built a loyal consumer following, but the business had stalled. In order to grow they needed to broaden their appeal by defining their core identity and rationalising their portfolio of products. Echoing the passion of its founders, we created a confident identity, tone of voice and packaging to set the brand up for its next phase of life. And it worked, with a sales growth 22% up on the previous year.
